Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want to ensure your handcrafted Italian shoes are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Velasca box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans in Italy inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
